Limited Warranty - Landscape Surfaces

  1. The factory warrants only the material supplied in the construction of the synthetic surface for a period of seven (7) calendar years from the date of installation.
  2. The synthetic 10,000 denier fiber system will perform as specified. This warranty includes replacement of any synthetic turf which experiences fifty (50) percent or more wear due to abrasion.
  3. If the putting surface pile height of the fiber of the synthetic turf playing surface has decreased by more than fifty (50) percent due to ultraviolet radiation degradation within the stated time period, the factory will replace the affected portion of the surface with the new surface material of equal quality on a prorated basis. This prorated schedule is: 0 - 4 years 100% 5-7 years 75%
  4. The synthetic fiber system shall resist degradation from micro-organism, rot, mildew, and fungus.
  5. The limited warranty covers any defects, failure in or to the surface from causes other than ultraviolet degradation of the surface fiber system, such as chemical attack from adhesives, backing material, or cleaning agents. Any effects due to the changes in texture resulting form entrapped dirt, normal wear, normal matting, traffic, abuse, misuse, negligence, vandalism, fire, flood, acts of God, improper or faulty substrain preparation and compression are expressly excluded from this warranty.
  6. The factory obligation under this warranty is restricted to the replacement of or repair of, affected area as its sole option.
  7. The remedy of repair or replacement shall be the only remedy. The factory shall have no other obligation or liability in any matter or thing including, without limitation, damages for personal injury or other damages of any type or kind.

The factory makes no warranty of final applications usages or of fitness or suitability for a particular purpose other than those stated in its marketing manual of product application or by specific letter. Any warranties expressed or implied, except the warranty expressly stated above are included.
